Once you’ve picked the right package for you, or built your own custom plan, we have a brief consultation to clear up any questions you might have and better layout the services you will receive. Then we send a quote your way and await your response!
If, after your quote, you’ve decided to back yourself by working with Syte Hub, we’ll get the nitty gritty out of the way. This includes signing a contract, outlining all of the projects requirements and mutually agreed upon conditions, as well as a 50% down payment on the quoted price. Then, we set up your very first design consultation where we work directly with you to find out exactly which direction you want to take the project!
We get straight to work! At this point, we start putting together design foundations and building a theme for the project. Remember, you’ll have 24/7 live monitoring capabilities, so you can keep an eye on your project and see exactly where we are up to.
Once the skeleton is taken care of, we get into the meat of the project. Here is where we will start to fill in project content. This is all of the text, images, logos & headings that you desire. We’re always happy to make the content for you, under your council, or alternatively, you supply us with all of the desired content if you have any in mind.
This part is crucial in producing you the product that you want and deserve! Depending on your selected price package, we offer a number of revisions. Meetings where we will discuss what you do and do not appreciate in the project so far. We’ll have an in depth discussion to find out whether or not you need any aspect of your project changed.
The final stage. Here, we test your project, verify everything is in fine working order, then we launch! It’s only at this point that we ask for the final 50% of the quoted project price. We won’t be leaving you in the dark, however. We’ll provide any necessary training documentation to help you maintain your project and take care of general housekeeping once we’re gone.
